1. What makes your pet sitting service different from others?

We offer a family-style environment with personalized, one-on-one care. We only take in a limited number of pets at a time to ensure your pet receives the attention and love they deserve, just like they would at home.

2. How many pets do you care for at once?

To maintain a calm, stress-free atmosphere and provide individualized attention, we care for a small, limited number of pets at a time not to exceed more than 4 at one time. We will make exceptions for families of dogs.

3. What are the requirements for boarding my pet?

All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and be well-socialized with other pets. We’ll discuss any specific needs your pet may have via the application process. Pets must be established with veterinary care.

 4. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks (clearing 5 days before services), PayPal, all Square accepted payments, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo, or rolled quarters.

5. Do you offer pet sitting for all breeds, sizes, and ages?

Yes, we welcome all breeds and sizes! Whether you have a small elderly Chihuahua or a large puppy Great Dane, we have the space and experience to care for them.

6. What does a typical day look like for pets in your care?

Your pet will enjoy a day filled with playtime, rest time, walks, meals, and plenty of cuddles according to your written instructions. We keep routines flexible to match your pet’s needs, ensuring a perfect balance of activity and relaxation.

7. Can I bring my pet’s favorite toys or bedding?

Yes! We encourage you to bring any items that will make your pet feel more comfortable, such as toys, bedding, or their favorite treats.

8. What is your yard rental service?

Our secure, fully-fenced yard is available to rent by the hour for off-leash play. It’s perfect for dogs who need a safe, private space to run and explore under your supervision. Clean up after pets is a must, and we include bags. Pet water is included as well as a trampoline. For our human guest, we offer 2 covered outdoor porches, sitting areas, Wi-Fi, and restrooms. Guest are permitted to bring drinks and snacks (for pet and human).

9. Do you provide overnight boarding?

Yes, we offer overnight boarding in a cozy, home-like setting where your pet will be treated as part of the family while adhering to your written instructions. They’ll enjoy all the comforts of home while you’re away.

10. How do I book a service?

You can easily book through the Rover website or contact us directly via email at conserveyourhearing@yahoo.com or call/text at 304-575-1056, or visit our Facebook page to schedule pet sitting, boarding, or yard rental. We’ll be happy to discuss your pet’s needs and availability!

11. Can I view the paperwork?

Yes, email conserveyourhearing@yahoo.com and ask for the initial application.

12. Do you have pets/children?

Yes, we are a family. I have two dogs, one cat, two hermit crabs, one child and one husband. We do have separate living arrangements for an additional cost if your pet requires complete 1:1, less family like attention.

13. Do you offer gift certificates?

14. What add-on services do you have?

We can include transportation to prepaid/prearranged grooming or vet visits for an additional transportation fee. We also have homemade vet approved dog/cat treats available during your pet’s stay for an additional fee.

15. Can I FaceTime or video chat with my pet? Can I receive text updates or photos?

Yes, please let us know your preferences on the application.

16. My pet is on medications or a special diet. Can you accommodate?

Yes, we follow your specific directions so the more info on the application you provide the better we can better accommodate your pets.

17. Are you licensed in WV?

Yes, we are a licensed business in WV with insurance.
